22–23 August 2026: Further Complaints, Bass Reductions and Final-Weekend Evidence

The second weekend generated further contemporaneous complaints. On 22 August residents reported bass beginning in the afternoon and lights still visible at approximately 02:30. Greenwich Licensing and Jane Dyer were copied into the continuing correspondence.

Broadwick said the event on Friday had ended before the 10pm music curfew and that lighting programming had ended by 11pm, while some working and security lighting remained on overnight.

Low-frequency output

Broadwick subsequently confirmed that it had specifically examined and reduced the low-frequency output.

That admission is central. Low-frequency bass had been one of the principal complaints from the outset. If later reduction was both possible and considered necessary, the councils should explain why the issue had not been identified and controlled adequately before the events commenced.

Final day

On Sunday 23 August further videos and emails recorded continuing noise and the continuing dispute over whether consultants would enter the affected property. By the final advertised event, the question was no longer simply whether monitoring was being undertaken. It was whether the system had produced effective protection inside the home.

A quieter evening on 24 August, after the event series, was itself contemporaneously recorded as a contrast: ordinary conversation, dinner and television could again take place without competition from the event sound.
