Gabriel introduced himself as responsible for community engagement and proposed coming over to meet the resident near the residence with Broadwick’s Noise Management consultant, saying it would be useful to speak in person to see whether the concerns could be mitigated.

The resident accepts

The resident immediately supplied the location and availability. In the subsequent exchange the resident recorded that the community liaison person had said he would come after seeing the sound engineer. Gabriel then stated that he was going to come over shortly and would ring.

What happened

The promised attendance did not occur. Later that afternoon the resident recorded: ‘No visit. No call.’

Why it matters
