E01 — 14 August 2026: Royal Greenwich forwards the complaint to Broadwick

Contemporaneous correspondence records Royal Greenwich Licensing Manager Jane Dyer forwarding the resident complaint to Broadwick/Adam Daniels and asking the operator to review the reported noise and lighting and the measures proposed. This is an important starting point for the question later repeatedly put to Greenwich: what independent regulatory action did the Council itself take beyond forwarding the complaint to the operator complained of?
