Broadwick’s senior response disputed the resident’s financial estimate and said the events had been considered through the Safety Advisory Group/regulatory process, that the Noise Management Plan had been agreed with the relevant authorities and that the events were operating within agreed limits. This response is important because later operational changes included fewer speakers and reduced low-frequency output.
