E10 — 21 August 2026: No Tower Hamlets OOH noise service before 8pm at weekends

Yale Sherlock wrote: “Unfortunately, there is no OOH Noise Response Service before 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.” The same email relayed new operator measures including more noise consultants, fewer speakers following noise-propagation testing, revised event times and increased monitoring. The service limitation is important because complained-of bass was occurring before 8pm.
